Easy Return Policy

At Coutureclass, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please note the following guidelines regarding our return and exchange policy:

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. You may ship with whichever carrier you prefer.

  • Return Approval: All returns must be approved prior to shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not have prior approval. Final sale items cannot be accepted for return.

Make sure to include your order number and full name in the package.

  • Use a trackable, insured shipping method for your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Keep a record of your return tracking number, as we will request it if you’d like us to check the status of your return.

Return Conditions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as sale, clearance, or purchased using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Regular Price Items: Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition with all tags attached may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Returns must be approved; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse them.

  • Late Returns: Items returned after the 14-day mark will be processed as store credit.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation of the refund or credit. Please allow up to 7 – 14 business days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your package. This processing time does not include nights, weekends, or holidays. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment provided at checkout.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you would like to receive a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

Holiday Return Policy

Gift items purchased between November 23 and December 24 can be returned for store credit. Requests for store credit must be made by January 7.

Coutureclass Price Adjustment Policy

Coutureclass is happy to offer you a price adjustment based on the following conditions:

  • Price adjustments cannot be made during our Holiday, End of Year Sale, or Clearance sales for purchases made before the sale, as prices may vary by day.
  • Price adjustments for merchandise can only be made within 48 hours of your purchase. You must contact our customer service via email or phone within this timeframe to request a price adjustment.
  • Present the discount or promo code that applies to the price adjustment you are requesting.
  • The item must have been purchased at regular price and not marked down in clearance.
  • Refund adjustments will be issued as Store Credit ONLY for the price difference amount.
