Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Coutureclass Cold Pressed Juice. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff Times: Place your orders by 11 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST), Monday through Wednesday, for same-day shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for processing during peak times.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $175 qualify for free 2-3 day shipping on Monday-Wednesday.
  • Weekend and Holiday Shipping: Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless Saturday delivery is selected.

Important Freshness Notice

To maintain the highest quality, we aim for your juices to arrive within 72 hours. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday.

Minimum Purchase Requirements

To process and ship your order, we require a minimum purchase of:

  • 6 bottles of juices, mylks, or lemonades, or
  • 12 shots.

If your order does not meet this requirement, our customer service team will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with canceling your order.

Delivery Options

  • Overnight Shipping: For Friday or Saturday delivery, select Overnight Shipping. Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM PST (1 PM CST or 2 PM EST) on Thursday or Friday for next-day delivery.

Shipping Methods

We ship our orders via UPS to ensure freshness and cold delivery within 1-3 business days. Note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to possible UPS delays, weather, or other exceptions.

Delayed Orders

We strive to ensure your juices arrive fresh; however, shipping delays can occur. If your item is delayed, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Delayed Item Policies

  • Warm Arrival: If an item arrives warm, please notify us within 6 hours of receipt and provide photos for warranty purposes. Email images to [email protected] and allow 24-48 hours for responses.

  • Cold Arrival: If your juice arrives cold, we cannot offer discounts or refunds, as we cannot guarantee shipping times.

High Volume Delays

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there are significant delays in your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

Note: Overnight delivery is only available for orders within the continental United States.

Additional Information

  • Delivery Delays: We cannot control delivery delays and cannot replace or refund items due to shipping delays. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection for all orders.
  • Claims for Delays or Damages: Contact UPS directly at 800-742-5877 or visit www.ups.com for assistance regarding damaged or lost products.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please enter your address at checkout to check the availability of shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Fees, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Coutureclass is not responsible for any additional fees, including shipping, customs, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Coutureclass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact UPS directly at 800-742-5877 or file a claim at www.ups.com. We cannot offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Shipping Outside of Continental US

We do not offer free shipping outside of the continental US. As shipping must be delivered within a set period, we will charge for a guaranteed tracking delivery service to maintain freshness.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside the US.
